Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours-notice, then you will incur a cancellation charge of £30.
• Failure to attend the appointment will incur the full charge for the appointment and no refunds will be given.
• Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Refunds

• No refunds are provided for missed appointments.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
• The full session fee applies.

Emergency Exceptions

• At the therapist’s discretion, exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies.
